In Geneseo, IL, a homeowner faced uneven and sunken concrete that risked pooling water, winter ice accumulation, and further structural cracking across their driveway approach. In the before photo, notice how open, shifting gaps expose the underlying subgrade issues, indicating that hidden soil washout had left large subterranean voids beneath the concrete panels.

Our expert production team applied the advanced PolyLevel® system to directly resolve the foundation failure, injecting high-strength polyurethane foam through micro-drilled ports to lift, stabilize, and level the heavy slabs back to their correct horizontal position. Once the original elevation was fully achieved, the crew applied premium NexusPro® joint sealant across all joints and fissures to seal out future rainwater, prevent washouts, and guarantee long-lasting weather protection. The after photo shows a securely stabilized, uniform surface that is ready for all seasons, leaving the home with a driveway transition that is clean and seamless in its appearance and exceptionally durable over time.

This concrete patio had a huge crack down the middle and was sinking. From the before to the after, you can see the concrete is leveled with PolyLevel foam. The foam is injected under the concrete to raise it up to its original position.

Steve was concerned with the appearance of the entrance to his home. Over the years the front stoop had begun to sink, leaving unsightly, large gaps. He was not happy with the mudjacking solution because of the large, ugly holes that are drilled into the concrete so the solution can be injected. PolyLevel uses holes smaller than the size of a dime to inject the solution. It provides a stabile base for the stoop to hold and expands to lift and level the area back to its original state. He also suggested applying a NexusPro Joint Sealant to prevent washouts from future rainfalls throughout the sidewalk and driveway. Steve no longer has an ugly entrance to his front door now that his stoop is lifted and leveled once again.

Richard and his wife were concerned about having their garage door replaced. Over the years, areas of the garage slab had shifted and settled, leading to an unlevel garage door. They were in the process of face-lifting their home, and replacing their garage door was one of them. The issue was they couldn’t replace the garage door with an unlevel tracked for the door.
