I was so grateful when it was arranged to come and do our work on March 11. I knew early on that when the snow started to melt, we would be in trouble again. Then it started raining. We were bailing water night and day for over a week. Then Wednesday when it started raining heavier, Russ was emptying 12 gallons every 45 minutes from the shop vac... I don't know what we could have done if you had not come. When I came upstairs Thursday morning (the 11th), it was snowing very hard. When the phone rang... I cannot tell you my relief when Mel said "we are on the way". It was like 1200 pounds had been lifted off my shoulders. I was never so happy to see anyone when they arrived. My HEROES. That night we went to bed and rested peacefully for the first time in over a week. We were like giddy, silly kids feeling so liberated. I cannot thank you enough for working with us. So far, everything is looking good. Water continued to run down the wall for several days. I could not see it today. We need to do a lot of work on the outside if it ever dries out enough to do so.

Deon's presentation was very thorough and professionally done. He took the time to do it right. I was impressed with your ability to place a pier in a tight space without having to make a hole in my floor. I was also impressed with your willingness to price match other bids and consider other discounts. 

I give Thrasher a 10/10! The crew was so fantastic. I can't adequately express how impressed I was with Jose and his crew. They went above and beyond. 

Adding in the extra waterproofing took care of my issue. It has helped immensely knowing that when I heard about rain in Omaha, I don't have to drive over every time and see if I got water in. 

Kate was a wonderful representative of your company. We chose Thrasher because of Kate's professionalism, presentation and knowledge. In addition to Kate, the crew was very nice. They did a very professional job and you could see that they took pride in their work. They did a great job cleaning up the area. Thank you!

Anthony was very professional and set high on my list out of home service calls.  He explained things in a way I could understand and explained the pros & cons.  He went above and beyond my expectations by actually repairing cracks, instead of only giving me an estimate.  I feel completely comfortable if Anthony or Thrasher were needed again.  I was very satisfied and impressed with Anthony's knowledge and customer service.  Thank you!

Your representatives presentation was great, but the book you sent in advance is what I really found helpful.  You products were the best I could find.  Overall it was an excellent job.  I wish other contractors would follow your approach.

Our sales rep, Kyle, arrived a few minutes early and carefully listened to the vague problems we've had with our basement leaking over several years.  He was very thorough in answering our questions and was able to give specific reasons for those vague problems. He gave us a detailed plan for how to alleviate our water problems.  We are confident that the solution provided will thorougly waterproof our basement.

It went very well. These guys were so professional. They protected everything in the house and kept all the dust contained. I'm super happy about it. They cleaned and picked up. They did the job outside very well, they did it perfect, I have no complaints.
