An estimate was set up very easily and a solution was proposed.  It was nice to see a price that could fit within our budget, especially with the financing plan. Bob (sales rep) was very friendly, courteous and very patient in explaining and answering the many questions we had. Excellent!

Every time it rained we had water in our basement. We knew Thrasher had a great reputation so we picked them to fix our problem.  They gave us a fair price, expert customer service and worked with us in a professional way we've never seen in other companies.  Felipe and his crew did an outstanding job.  So clean and professional.  When they were through you couldn't even tell they had been in our basement other than the obvious work they did.  He explained everything to me after they were done.

I had a good experience visiting with Joel (sale rep). He explained all the steps to the final results clearly.  He guided me to make decisions that were a fit for my remodeling. 

I wanted to write and say Thank you!  We purchased a house that has a Thrasher system in it, and since we’ve moved in since February there have been two representatives out.  Both were very friendly and very knowledgeable.  The first came out and helped explain the system we have and answered any questions or concerns.  He checked to make sure our sump pump was working.  The second (Kyle) came out because I had a leak in the basement ceiling.  Although the issue had nothing to do with your system, Kyle did everything he could to help me find a reason why there was a leak.  He even offered to help me pull some drywall down to see what was causing it.  Every single interaction I’ve had with you guys has been a good one!  Whether it is on the phone or a field rep, they have always showed concern and have been very pleasant to deal with.  I will need a new sump pump and dehumidifier soon, and when the time comes Thrasher will be the only one I go to.  Thanks again and keep it up, because people/companies like you are hard to come by.

We had cracks in the basement block walls.  Thrasher had a quick and painless fix to the problem. Nowhere near as bad as we were expecting!

I am extremely pleased with the overall work. I have not had any water in the church since the work was done! 

Mike Spencer, Thrasher's System Design Specialist, has been great, above and beyond great customer service!  Mike spent 2 hours here when he did the estimate and came back when I was a bit worried about a pipe showing.  He is now totally taking care of the problem and fixing it himself.  Some of the best customer service I have experienced.  The guys that did the install were great too, very fast workers!

I chose Thrasher because of our previous experience with them.  I have been very pleased with the product and service they offer.

We were pleased with how remarkably well the crew cleaned up, dispite how messy the job was. I really like the outside drainage system, and the foreman was very polite and respectful and willing to please.

Excellent experience with your company.  Thanks for providing me information about the company and my sales rep ahead of time.  Cole (sales rep) was very professional.  He was not high pressure and had the experience and knowledge to assess my situation. He spent an adequate amount of time to explain to me the problem, solution and future problems if it is not fixed.
