Install crew was great and clean. Almost like nothing was done when they left. They worked like professionals and great team work.

Michael Jordan and his team showed up for work when scheduled. We live in Harrison County, Kentucky. They were correcting a water problem in our crawl space by trenching a waterway and installing a sump pump with battery backup. Michael explained the process before, during, and a small change that was made. He also showed me how the system worked and the suggested maintenance checks when completed. Although hoping we never have the flooding again, it's good to know we now have the system installed to remedy our situation. Thanks!

Daniel and the entire crew were not only super friendly but completely professional. They were on time, did their work both efficiently and effectively and when the project was completed, it looked great. I can't say enough about this crew, they really did a great job.

Five stars for the Basement Doctor.  They installed an egress window in my basement and it looks fantastic.  They did an excellent job from the first contact with the sales rep to the completion of the project.  They communicated very well, showed up on time, were polite and professional, did exactly what they promised, didn't make any kind of mess at all and beat everyone's pricing.  What more can you ask for?  Great work!

We contacted the Basement Doctor to get a second quote on having an egress window installed in our kids' basement playroom. While we fully intended at the time to go with the first company we contacted and were just seeking a price comparison, we ended up choosing to go with the Basement Doctor. They were much more complete in their explanations, were willing to find exactly what we were looking for in style, and were not pushy at all. Their work was quick and clean and the employees were highly professional. When we had a slight problem after the work was complete (an issue caused by the original construction of the home), they worked with us to get it resolved to our satisfaction with no additional cost.

The 3-Man Crew headed by Michael Jordan was incredible. They arrived on-time. and worked until the job was completed. They cleaned up afterward and did a great job. They explained to my husband and I how everything worked. We were pleased. 👍🏽
