We contacted the Basement Doctor to get a second quote on having an egress window installed in our kids' basement playroom. While we fully intended at the time to go with the first company we contacted and were just seeking a price comparison, we ended up choosing to go with the Basement Doctor. They were much more complete in their explanations, were willing to find exactly what we were looking for in style, and were not pushy at all. Their work was quick and clean and the employees were highly professional. When we had a slight problem after the work was complete (an issue caused by the original construction of the home), they worked with us to get it resolved to our satisfaction with no additional cost.

Five stars for the Basement Doctor.  They installed an egress window in my basement and it looks fantastic.  They did an excellent job from the first contact with the sales rep to the completion of the project.  They communicated very well, showed up on time, were polite and professional, did exactly what they promised, didn't make any kind of mess at all and beat everyone's pricing.  What more can you ask for?  Great work!

David Holland and his crew did a great job. They arrived early and finished quickly. I am very impressed and would definitely use the company again. 

We just bid Killis, Shawn, and Tyler a grateful adieu after a week at our house. We purchased our home by trusting an inspector since we were still in Michigan. We didn't know what we would find after removing the old insulation in our swamped-out crawl space. Killis had a plan and kept things on track as the old supports came out and the new jacks went in. The encapsulation system, sump pumps, and dehumidifier are impressive, and a vast improvement. I feel so much more secure walking through my home, now that the crawl space is improved. The team was ultimately professional, knowledgeable, and clean. We are so relieved that Killis, Shawn, and Tyler were the experts that saved our home!

Killis, the foreman was polite, informative, and worked with a great crew, Tyler, and John. Everyone worked easily together, the job progressed steadily, and there were no surprises. They were on time both days. We immediately noticed the difference in our first floor(restructuring was underneath) I highly recommend Basement Doctor for any structural needs in your basement! I hope that Killis, Tyler, and John win the “WOW” Service Award.

Your company installed anchors and I-Beams in my basement in January, from the 14th to the 16th.  Michael Schaffer was the lead man on the crew.  Both he and his crew were friendly and professional.  They were here on time and Michael answered all my questions to my satisfaction.  I would like to thank him and his crew for a job well done!
