What made you choose our company:

We are current customers, from previous installations. Billy Young, the Service Technician was extremely courteous, punctual, and clearly explained the maintenance work he performed, on our Sump Pump. He was patient with answering our questions, as well. He obviously has the expertise to do his job well. A true asset to your company! He thoroughly cleaned up. Billy gave us valuable advice on a resolution to mitigate the humidity problem in our basement, along with providing us with a quote. He is very personable, and a pleasure to talk with. We would welcome him into our home again! Additionally, he spoke very highly of TC Hafford, as a great employer!
