Comment: Ever since the small earthquake in 2013 my basement floods when it rains. We have tried to fix the cracks in the floors and walls, but the water comes up from around the whole basement where the floor and wall meet as well as the repaired cracks. We have been using a utility pump to drain it but would like to have a permanent fix. The basement is approximately 28 X 60 feet.
