I think it has eroded a bit around the pipe exit because last year it started making puddles on the sidewalk and those puddles freeze in the winter, which creates a hazard. I'd like to reroute the sump pipe so that it drains somewhere else in the yard, or else figure out another way of dispersing the water that comes out of the pipe so that it doesn't end up on the sidewalk and create puddles there in the winter. South Portland, ME 04106We had a big rain storm and our gutter overflowed as one of the rivets was missing and water was pooled up along the exterior foundation afterwards. We got about 1/2 inch of water in the middle finished room of our basement. Then it happened again a few months later after another big rain. We replaced our sump pump last year that was one horsepower less than the old one so not sure if that made a difference or if the pipe is clogged leading into the sump pump? Thank you
