    Comment WET BASEMENT
  • Project Location Westbrook, ME 04092
Comment We closed on our home on 3/15 and have varying amounts of water in the basement ever since. We have a sump pump which runs fine, but just doesn't handle everything. We need someone to come out and take a look and let us know what our options are.
  • Project Location Westbrook, ME 04092
Comment Sump pump can not keep up with water flow in heavy rain. Current sump is very shallow. Installed a 1 HP pump but did not help.
  • Project Location Westbrook, ME 04092
Comment I have slow seeping water around the bottom edge of my basement, unfortunately on all sides, but only with heavy rain/melt. Basement was sort of finished at some point in the past and is slowly turning back into a basement, so the tiles are popping up and little bit of drywall has gotten wet.
  • Project Location Westbrook, ME 04092
Comment Mold in basement which is 1,800 square feet
  • Project Location Westbrook, ME 04092
Comment We are purchasing a house that has a stone foundation and experiences "seepage"; the previous owners said the drains took care of it, but we're not sure about that. I saw it in the rain this morning and there was definitely water coming in. We're concerned about the potential for mold.

Comment My basement has been getting a few inches of water whenever it rains heavily. Email is the best way to reach me. Thank you!
  • Project Location Westbrook, ME 04092
Comment I have some moisture issues in my basement. The Sump Pump was repaired yesterday, as the piping had come loose, but the well is a non-standard size, so a standard lid isn't going to fit it. I am planning to put a custom built one on there. At the same time, on the other side of the basement, there is a seeping leak from the ground water that is coming up from the "sealed" flooring, and the paint on the walls is peeling away. All of these together, and I have concerns for the moisture bringing potential mold. I am looking at sealing the floors, and possibly getting a better cap on the sump pump than a plywood circle and spray foam...

Comment My house no foundation. It needs to be leveled and insulated .And needs the barrier you install .Just want a estimate to make it maintenance free.

Comment Crack in the foundation that leaks.
  • Project Location Westbrook, ME 04092
Comment Have a sump pump set up in my basement that I have never had serviced or looked at since I moved into this home. Paperwork on the pump has its last service date as in 2012. Thought I should have it looked at just to make sure it's operational if needed.

Comment Waterproofing and finishing my basement
  • Project Location Westbrook, ME 04092
Comment Hi, I have water in my basement. This has happened in the past, in the winter and spring, but I thought it was coming up from my sump. You guys installed a sump pump for me, which improved the issue, but lately I've been seeing water again, so it must be coming in through the walls or floor. My basement is finished, so I can't tell where the water is originating, but the carpet is saturated and there is some damage to the dry walls What do you recommend?
