He explained very well - so clearly, with all the details, and no sales pressure. I was not an easy sell, but he was always very courteous and helpful when I phoned for more facts and for the names of local customers.  This summer, I phoned to ask him about an Ultrasump. Again he was patient and very imofrmative. After my husband also talked thim, we decided to get this pump. Pete installed it, and did the annual check-up and service at the same time. He told me of ways I could improve my situation with a sincere interest in amking my absement as dry as possible, and a strong belief in your products. Basement Systems USA resolved our wet basement issues! Workers arrived on time, cleaned the area at the end of each work day. They were polite and completed the job in the time frame as planned. The owner followed up daily. I would definitely recommend this company.

I've been really pleased with the basement waterproofing job done by Basement Systems USA. Tina, the Production Manager, does a great job of proactively communicating, and the crew does a good job of communicating as well their time of arrival. I usually like to be present when work is going on, but wasn't able to in this case. However, I was happy to see each time I went down, progress, and that it was being done well. Would gladly recommend them to others.

My first contact was with a salesperson named Tim Schliegel. Tim had worked previously in the construction industry and from that work, had a lot of experience to draw on when evaluating my basement issues and recommending the proper solution. Throughout the entire process, Tim was available to answer my questions and address all of my concerns. The work was started on the day it was scheduled and Javier and his crew arrived every day, on time. They worked continuously throughout the day, only taking a short break for lunch. Each of the three-man crew was very polite and very competent. The foreman, Javier, was very knowledgeable, addressing questions and concerns in a very professional and polite manner. I did have an issue with where I had originally chosen to place the sump pump. I worked with Tim, Javier, and the project foreman Dave Ryan to get the pump relocation without any problems or concerns. I would highly recommend this company for any basement related work. I had checked three other companies and this company was far ahead of the rest. In my case, one the most attractive features was the wall restoration option this company offered. Other companies put in a drainage system and you were on your own getting the walls restored. This company offers a very good wall restoration option that is ready to paint. And before the wall goes up, an insulated moisture block material is put in place. With regards to the drainage system this company uses, its quality is far superior to other companies solutions. All of the other companies I checked with, just installed a generic round black drain pipe with holes on the top. This company's system collects and drains water in a much more efficient method. All in all, with regards to materials and workmanship, I would give this company an A+ rating. I will warn anyone having this work done to expect a fair amount of construction dust being generated during the process, so cover everything as best as possible.

I just wanted to convey how pleased I am with the 3 day project to waterproof my basement. Javier and his crew did a great job- very professional with attention to detail, care in keeping the dust and dirt out of my living area and in keeping me in the loop and answering my questions. I'm happy with what we talked about. The salesman was very nice and answered all my questions.

My house is located in a wet area and I always have water coming into my crawlspace, even if it hasn't rained in several weeks. The moisture issues are compounded by the presence of iron ocher, which would cause the trench drain and sump pit in my crawlspace to clog and overflow unless I crawled back into it and treated it with bleach/chlorine every week. Basement Systems suggested a plan to install a new drainage system and relocate my sump to an area that would be much easier to access and maintain. They upgraded the existing sump pump to a triple safe system with three pumps (including a battery backup!) so I have multiple redundancies in place to prevent flooding. They also wrapped my crawlspace with a heavy duty vapor barrier to keep all of that moisture from permeating up through my house. I couldn't have been happier with Javier and his crew, and my wife had no qualms about having them in our house while I was away at work. They called me several times to communicate their schedule, and took care to protect the flooring on the main level of my house. Javier was more than willing to work with me to route the sump discharge pipes in the area I wanted them. He and his crew worked very hard and put in extra hours to have the job completed on schedule in two days even though they ran into several unexpected issues. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work, the professionalism of the crew, and the integrity of the company, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Basement Systems to anyone.

Really impressed! I can see and smell the difference already. No water at all, and the smell is fast improving. Everyone was professional which is super important to me. The crew was quick and clean. Did a nice job cleaning up considering the kind of work involved. I can now finish my awesome basement/family room with peace of mind! Anyone thinking of investing money into a basement finish or remodel do yourself a favor and protect your investment with a proven system, like the one these guys offer.

Jim was a very nice man and was on time he did not see that we had any water problem and our original problem of having the opening closed up is not what you guys do, he was honest and I would certainly pass this company on to anyone who needs a basement checked out. Thank you Sandy  

My husband Greg and I are 100% pleased with the product and service. Basement Systems USA did a great job! Flexi Span wall crack repair looks clean and neat, and even has a warranty. When we call with questions they are very courteous and informative and helpful. We highly recommend them.
