A realtor in Mansfield, MA reached out to us looking for a reliable waterproofing system for an unfinished basement in a home they were selling. Our crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the basement floor's entire perimeter to collect groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed in front of the bulkhead stairway to collect surface water (show in "After" image), it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. That water is then channeled into our TripleSafe sump pump which sends all of the collected water out of the basement through two discharge lines. On the exterior of the home, our IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent flooding if a discharge line ever clogs or freezes. Now the next homeowner will have peace of mind knowing their home's basement is protected from water!

A homeowner from Portsmouth, RI called us saying that their old sump pump finally gave in and stopped working during a rainstorm. To help this customer, our production team took out the old sump and replaced it with our TripleSafe sump pump to provide this basement with triple the protection against heavy rainfalls and power outages due to the built-in backup electrical pump! 

A Portsmouth, RI, customer called our appointment center because she was looking for an estimate on crawlspace encapsulation. Our inspector evaluated the crawlspace and informed the customer that our CleanSpace vapor barrier was the best solution to prevent moisture from getting in. After an agreement was made, our production crew placed some drainage matting onto the floor and then covered the whole area with our vapor barrier. Notice how clean and dry the crawlspace looks now? Just another satisfied customer in the books!                                  

A customer in Portsmouth, RI had just recently had his basement get flooded during a thunderstorm. The rain lasted all night and he woke up to 2 inches of water! To help avoid this issue, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump and WaterGuard interior drainage system. Both these systems will work together to ensure no water builds up in the basement. The WaterGuard collects the water while the TripleSafe discharges it far away from the foundation. 

This basement from Newton Center, MA had moisture in their walls which was making its way into the basement! This meant that the basement was very humid, and was in risk of growing mold if the homeowner didn't call us for help! We were able to solve the moisture issue by applying CleanSpace wall vapor barrier onto the foundation walls. This covers the whole wall up with a thick layer of polyethylene to prevent moisture from entering.
