Leaking Basement Issue in Westminster, MA
This basement in Westminster, MA was leaking in water at an uncomfortable rate, leaking puddles on the floor. This was annoying the homeowner because his current sump pump was clearly not working to its best ability. So our team planned and installed a new TripleSafe sump pump that comes with a primary pump, secondary pump and a battery backup pump in case of power outages. When our inspector went out to the home, there was evidence of the leaking, with puddles of water in the middle of the floor, clearly some groundwater seepage going on. Our team installed a full perimeter of WaterGuard drainage system to collect that seepage at the seam of the foundation, where the floor and wall meet. That water collected will then make its way into the TripleSafe sump pump where the three pump system will remove the water up and away from the home via the discharge pipe.
