A homeowner from Cranston, RI needed to seal up their basement real quick to avoid potential dangers. There was lots of moisture getting in through the foundation walls, raising humidity and causing a little bit of mold to grow onto the wooden material. To solve this issue, a production crew lined up the walls with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to keep the moisture out! 

This homeowner in Framingham, MA gave us a call looking for crawl space insulation options. Our inspector, Nick, went out to the home to take a look at the space and he drew up a plan for it. He agreed with the homeowner that it definitely needed insulation, but he also told them about our encapsulation process which completely seals off the crawl space from the outside earth, making a much better environment for the home above. The homeowner liked the sound of Nick's plan and on installation day our foreman, Kervin, and his crew got to work! They first removed all debris from the space and then laid down drainage matting over the dirt floor to allow any water to flow under and out rather than pool inside. They insulated the space with our TerraBlock floor insulation which regulates temperature and doesn't deteriorate over time. The crew then fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier to seal it off. Now the homeowner can feel confident about the crawl space beneath their home!

This home in East Greenwich, RI had fallen insulation and an ineffective plastic liner, not providing much protection from moisture in the crawl space. Our crew went in and removed that fallen debris and plastic liner to make way for our encapsulation process!
