Our inspector, Steve, went out to take a look and came up with a solution to waterproof the crawl space. Our crew, lead by Riley, installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter of the crawl space floor to ensure that any water trying to enter would be channeled directly into the sump pump. The existing sump pump was removed and filled in and our SuperSump Plus was installed in a better suited area. Our Drainage Matting and CleanSpace vapor barrier was then installed to encapsulate the crawl space and seal out any excess water. Outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to make sure that the water being pumped out of the crawl space wouldn't come back in due to a clogged or frozen discharge line.
