This homeowner in Middleboro, MA gave us a call because their crawl space was taking on water and the floor above the crawl space was sloping. Our crew encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier and insulated it with our SilverGlo wall insulation. They also installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier in the space to keep humidity low. For the structural issues, our crew installed SmartJack Stabilizers in the space which are strong beams made of galvanized steel that can reverse the sloping of the floor above. A property manager for a church in Middleboro, MA reached out to us when the basement of one of the church buildings needed waterproofing.
