A customer in Worcester, MA had no intentions of getting a sump pump until he endured several heavy rainstorms! That's one way to change your mind, because after, he called us for a sump pump! For this job, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump, designed to discharge heavy volumes of water during storms and power outages. Now, he is grateful to have changed his views on sump pumps, and plans on having us service his system for the years to come! 

This basement in Worcester, MA was made of stone walls, so already it was vulnerable to water intrusion due to how porous these walls can be. Knowing that water can easily seep in, the homeowner wanted a waterproofing solution to avoid costly structural damages. To his delight, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump to discharge the water, WaterGuard interior drainage system to collect the seepage and placed CleanSpace on the wall to help direct the wall seepage into the WaterGuard itself! 

This additional basement nook storage area had stone & concrete walls, that were allowing water to seep through into this space and also the basement and laundry areas. Although there was a sump pump in place in the basement, it wasn't really able to work for this particular area that was leaking, as the water wasn't making its way to the sump pump, and instead would cause puddling on the floors that just stayed there. With the installation of our CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier, WaterGuard french drain system, and SuperSump Plus pumping system - these water issues are now a problem of the past.

This homeowner in Worcester, MA gave us a call because water was entering their basement through the walls and floor. On installation day, Foreman MJ and his crew started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier seamlessly along each wall to corral that seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's entire perimeter to collect groundwater. They also set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier in the basement to eliminate excess moisture in the air. The water collected in the drainage system and dehumidifier is then channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends it out of the basement through the two discharge lines. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if the discharge line ever clogs or freezes. Now the homeowner can have peace of mind next time it rains!
