This 14-year-old dehumidification unit in North Scituate, RI was not performing up to expectations and leaving the basement damp and humid, opposite of what it should be doing! The falling fiberglass insulation was a problem for the homeowners in Charlestown, RI. We removed the organic, moldy material and sprayed the rim joists with our expanding spray foam. It seals the joists so no outside air can seep in.
