A homeowner in North Attleboro, MA called us about their partially finished basement that was taking on water. Our inspector, Rick, visited the home and drew up a solution that would keep it dry going forward. Our crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter of the basement floor and covered in fresh concrete. The TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed in front of the basement door that leads outside to catch excess and surface water as seen in the "after" image. It is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system and all that water is drained into the sump pump. The TripleSafe sump sump takes all of the water it collects and sends it out of the home through the discharge lines. The IceGuard discharge line system is installed on the outside of the home and prevents flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line. Now the homeowner can feel confident that their basement will be staying dry!

This customer in Weston, MA wasn't too thrilled when he saw water flooding into his partially finished basement. He did own a sump pump, but he wouldn't have called us if his sump pump was reliable! Turns out, his system wasn't even engaging so it was time to move on. With the help of our inspectors suggestion and the installment by our production team, we were able to replace this faulty sump pump with our TripleSafe sump pump! Why is this system more reliable? This customer from Wellesley, MA wanted to have a vapor barrier installed onto her basement walls because pf how humid it felt down there. During rain season in the spring, it can get very humid at times, and that can translate into the basement. When moisture is constantly seeping through the walls, it can build up and cause mold growth. To prevent this, we lined up the walls with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier, which is our thick, polyethylene material that keeps moisture out! 

A homeowner in Wellesley, MA reached out to us because they had worked with us in the past on a different property of theirs and wanted a sump pump system upgrade for this property as well. Our inspector, Trevor, went to the home to assess the basement and drew up a solution to have the contractor grade  sump pump removed and replaced with our much more reliable system. On installation day, our crew, lead by Foreman Kervin, removed the existing sump pump and replaced it with our SuperSump Plus sump pump which can pump over 2,000 gallons of water per hour at an eight foot head. On the outside of the home, the crew set up our IceGuard discharge line system to prevent flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line.
