This system is amazing! My basement doesn't smell anymore, it actually smells good! A builder that I had working on my home actually asked who had done my basement because it is absolutely beautiful. The crew workers were so respectful and nice. I couldn't believe it. They left the basement spotless. DryZone Basement Systems is well worth the money!

I had the annual service done on my system. The technician was Dave. He said he had recently started working at Leader. I do know the company takes a great deal of pride in their products and service, and it's very obvious that pride is shared by their technicians. Dave was very knowledgeable about the system, made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns, and he was very pleasant.  He is a good representative for the company and reflects the quality ethics of the company. 

We chose you over a Canton, MA company. Reasons: Your location, nicer/less high-pressure salesperson, pleasant office representatives... all of which made us feel confident in selecting Leader. Excellent in every way... Very respectful and caring of carpet & property.

This is my second time using DryZone. Excellent service. Ricky, Matt, Shane were very good. I worked from home during the installation and you would not know they were here. They left the basement cleaner than when they arrived. Superb.. I have used you before. It was not a question of who I would have work on my new home. Your crew is reliable, clean, respectful. I have no concerns at all after dealing with Dry Zone of Bridgewater. Just wanted to say thanks for making my basement dry. Since the install in July I have held my breath every time it has rained , thought no product could be this good, WRONG ! The winter weather that we have endured and this last Northeaster has made me realize that Dry Zone has very much changed my life for the better. I've used you in a previous home that we built to sell and the experience was top shelf! My neighbors also used your company and everyone of us has had nothing but a great experience! Thank you again for the great service! The whole company provides amazing customer service, very professional technicians, they explain the whole process and how it works. The resprentative on the phone was very professional and handles all questions and concerns with absolutely no problem at all. The system was sold by a great guy Dan, he follows up to make sure everything is done perfectly. The installation crew was amazing, professional, courteous and really know how to do their job perfectly. They cleaned up better than I expected, for the amount of work (complete basement drain system with triple safe pumps) there is not any debris left in the basement or in the yard.

Dear DryZone Team,   I'm writing to express my appreciation for one of your employees, Rick Bureau. I have worked with Rick on a few different projects starting with my business, The Secret Garden Pet Resort. Rick came up with a solution to drastically improve the air quality at my pet resort, resulting in a healthier environment which I can confidently measure by the almost non existence occurrence of airborne illnesses amongst my guests.    More recently, Rick worked with me on my personal home's dry basement system in East Bridgewater. As a first time home owner inquiring about a concept  so foreign to me, it would have been easy for someone to take advantage of me. This however was never the case, as Rick worked with me to create a solution that was effective yet reasonable. Several months after installing my dry zone system, I contacted Rick to inquire about finishing my basement. Even after realizing a DryZone panel system was currently out of my budget, Rick offered alternative suggestions and spoke to me at length about my different options.    Fast forward to today. As my home was being inspected for a perspective buyer, the inspector noticed a puddle by the new sump pump. With all this rain, I expected the worst and immediately called Rick in a panic. Rick didn't hesitate to reach out to the inspector as well as my real estate agent and my boyfriend to trouble shoot the problem on the spot, even offering to come meet us there after hours. To go above and beyond like that for an issue that turned out to be unrelated to the dry zone system really deserves special recognition. Although I'm sure Rick treats all his clients with this kind of compassion, I just had to speak up and share my experience with the rest of his team. Everyone I met was knowledgeable and willing to answer my many questions. From the initial meet and greet to the current interactions it has been professional. (Actually, even before that when we met Sarah at the Hanover home show, we knew this was a pro team.) That level of professional, courteous service give me great confidence. And we’ve had some weather since completing the job and we haven’t even seen a leak or any seeping. Thank you.

Todd and his crew are absolutely the best in the business. They are kind, compassionate, and responsive to all customer problems. Hire this firm i you have any kind of water concerns in your basement! We called with our concerns and were immediately directed to Todd, the president of the company. The men on the installation crew are thorough and professional. Our basement was immaculate when this crew left.

This company was phenomenal to work with from start to finish. They come when they say they will and do what they promised.
