Before joining Ayers, Rebecca worked in her family’s business, gaining hands-on experience in home building from the ground up. She also held process and project management roles at a large corporation, which gave her a unique appreciation for partnering with customers to solve their home problems while addressing their specific needs.
Rebecca lives in Grand Rapids, MI, with her husband, son, daughter, and their two dogs. When she’s not exploring new spots in Michigan with her family, she enjoys photography, gardening, and projects of all kinds.
