After
Sure-Dry installed a complete basement waterproofing and moisture control system, including the WaterGuard® interior drainage system to capture groundwater at the footing and direct it to a new SuperSump® primary sump pump paired with an UltraSump® battery backup system for protection during power outages. To control humidity and protect finished materials, a Sedona® SaniDry dehumidifier was installed to maintain consistent, dry conditions year-round.
The finished basement is now dry, protected, and comfortable, with layered water protection and reliable humidity control in place.

We installed the WaterGuard® interior drainage system around the basement perimeter to capture seepage at its point of entry. Collected water now drains to a TripleSafe® sump system that provides three layers of protection—primary pump for everyday flow, a secondary pump for peak demand, and a battery-backup pump for power outages. To prevent winter backups, we added IceGuard® anti-freeze fittings on the exterior discharge.

If the line freezes, IceGuard safely vents water away from the home instead of back into the basement. The result is a dry, reliable basement year-round.
