This homeowner from Dundee, Michigan contacted HomeSpec because water was leaking into her basement after heavy rains and her sump pump was too old and outdated to remove the water.
To protect the basement and the belongings stored down there, HomeSpec waterproofed the home. Foreman Jon Davis and his crew installed a WaterGuard Drainage System (aka French Drain) around the perimeter of the basement. This was connected to a TripleSafe Sump Pump, which will promptly funnel water away from the home even during heavy rainstorms.

A homeowner in Ypsilanti, MI, was experiencing problems with their crawl space and uneven floors. Seeking a permanent solution, they contacted HomeSpec for help. Project manager Keith inspected the residence and proposed a comprehensive solution.
Keith recommended installing a SmartJack® system to effectively level and stabilize the damaged crawl space. He also suggested adding a SuperSump® pump system for water leak protection, paired with a SmartPipe™ drainage system to direct excess water to the sump pump. Lastly, he advised installing the CleanSpace® Crawl Space Encapsulation System to offer an extra layer of protection against future issues.
