This New Ulm home got a total makeover, including the CleanSpace wall vapor barrier, which will prevent moisture from entering the home through the foundation.

Marlys from New Ulm was having issues with water coming in through her walls and floors in her basement. She contacted us at Victor Barke's Complete Basement Systems and we came up with a solution for her problems. By installing our WaterGuard drain tile, SuperSump Plus & UltraSump 4 she now doesn't have to worry about cleaning up the areas in her basement that she was having problems with.  With the addition of the CleanSpace Wall System it also improved the look of her walls in the basement!

Our customer had gotten water in the basement after a hard summer rain that occurred in Courtland in June 2013.  After getting a referral for the problem he was having, he contacted Complete Basement Systems for a FREE estimate.  Our installation team upgraded the old sump pump system with our patented TripleSafe Sump Pump System.  The TripleSafe contains 3 pumps, one is a 1/3 hp motor, second is a 1/2 hp motor and the third is a battery operated back up system.  The TripleSafe Sump Pump System is sure to keep up with any amount of water running through the foundation and will keep working in the event of a power outage.
