Our customer in Bloomington, MN was referred to Complete Basement Systems for waterproofing an area in their basement when it would rain.  Complete Basement Systems installed a perimeter WaterGuard Systems, CleanSpace Wall System and a new SuperSump pump system.  

Our customer can rest assured that their basement will remain dry during the next snow melt or spring rain.

The homeowner in Edina had a crawl space beneath their home that was damp, musty, and causing the floors of the main level to be cold. Moisture was creeping in from the ground and perimeter, causing humid air to rise into the living areas. They noticed a faint musty odor, occasional pest signs, cold (or uneven) floors above, and worried about wood rot, mold and structural issues.
They called you because they wanted to turn that crawl space from a liability into a clean, healthy space.

After our CleanSpace encapsulation, the crawl space is now fully sealed: a heavy-duty vapor barrier has been applied to the floor and walls, vents have been sealed, and any necessary drainage or dehumidification systems have been installed. The result: no more humid air intrusion, no musty smell, improved indoor air quality. The homeowners notice more comfortable floors, fewer hidden pests, and lower humidity under the house. The crawl space is now usable for storage and the home’s value and structural health are better protected.

This St Louis Park, MN customer contacted Complete Basement Systems to assist with an egress window project.  Our customer had her waterproofing system in her home for years, and is finally ready to get to the basement finishing phase and that included getting an egress window installed for the projected bedroom in the basement.

The home had two basement windows currently in place.  Our installation crew blocked the existing windows and added one beautiful RockWell Egress window.

Homeowners in Richfield, Minnesota wanted the option of adding additional storage space in their basement, but needed an egress window to make that happen. They worked with System Design Specialist Ryan Brenner to design a space that they can transform into a bedroom when they are ready. Crew Leader Ben Heldt and his crew then worked to make this vision become a reality!

The Richfield MN resident asked for a free estimate for his basement water problems. His partially finished space had water coming in during heavy rains and snowmelt in the Spring. Without waterproofing, he was worried about future damage. Our Design Specialist Ronald went to assess the situation. It was determined that a complete waterproofing system was needed to prevent further water problems. We began with the WaterGuard drainage system, designed to effectively solve basement water issues without clogging. WaterGuard collects water at the basement perimeter and safely drains it away. Next, we installed the CleanSpace wall system to prevent water vapor from entering walls and direct wall leaks into the WaterGuard. Following that, we installed the SuperSump and UltraSump Sump System to ensure the basement stays dry even in heavy rains. To complete the project, we added a buried discharge line and IceGuard.
