I had water in my basement every year since my house was first moved to its location at the bottom of a hill.  2010 was the WORST year for water in there.  I tried everything from the beaver system to landscaping, outdoor sump pump...etc. Nothing helped.  I got to the point that I would be so nervous every time it would rain or thaw; I would get sick thinking about it.  I researched online and talked to family and friends.  I had several different basement specialists come to my home and make offers and plans.  Out of everyone, I felt like I trusted Complete Basements the most.  They also had the best price, which didn't hurt either.  I am EVER SO HAPPY that I did pick them.  Ryan was an awesome salesman, not pushy and worked around my schedule.  The installation crew was very friendly and polite to.  I put the system to the test about a week later when the big thaw came.  Normally I would have water streaming in, but there was NO water; at ALL!!  Thank you, Complete Basement Systems, from Ryan, Vic, the office gals and the installers!!  You guys took care of me and fixed my basement problem!

We had our basement done in the winter.  Everything done was agreed to and went beyond!  They had to come back in the summer and spring to finish, but all worked out ok.  Hope we can use you for other projects in the future.
