  The call representative (Ryan Brenner) was extremely knowledgable about the products being used as well as the entire construction process and theory behind it all. Ryan was helpful, easy, and enjoyable to work with. On any upcoming home improvement projects where Complete could be of service, Ryan would be the first one I call. As Ryan was a great representative on the sales end, so was Cody on the installation end. Cody and his crew were there to start the project when they said they would be, they all worked hard to complete the project in one day. When they left, there was little evidence of them ever being there. They did that good of a job of cleaning up after the install. During the install process, Cody was very helpful and conscientious about showing us the product and explaining the purpose behind the components. Very good job! Cody and crew were very careful to put up plastic sheeting to protect the rooms from any dust and debris. When they left to head back to Mankato, I think the rooms actually looked better than they did before they started the process. Excellent Job!!
