This customer bought a very old house that sat vacant without heat for a year or so before the purchase. When the heat was turned back on it became evident that the last owner did patch and paint work to cover up the shifting blocks. It became very evident once living in the house for a couple months. Due to the close proximity of the neighbors, something needed to be done on the inside of the house. Our specialist Dave, came out to look at the bowing of 3 of the 4 basement walls. He bid 15 power braces and 2 earth anchors in attempts to stop the basement walls from shifting 

This customer in Aitkin, MN had an issue with her house always being excessively dusty, and therefore dirty. She had a furnace guy come in to see if there was a problem with her vents. He came to the conclusion that the problem was her dirt crawlspace where the furnace was located.
