Ian went to Ben's house, inspected his basement space, and proposed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which triples the protection, solves all three water problems, and comes with a battery backup, in case of power failure. 

Our Foreman, Ryan, and his crew broke out the concrete floor, forming a whole. In the hole, our crew installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, followed by the discharge line. To complete the project, our crew filled the open-floor gaps with river rock and applied a new layer of concrete over them, ensuring the space was neater than when they found it.

A Town Home association in Delano, MN had a situation where water was leaking into the basement of a tenant’s Town House. They reassured that tenant that they would resolve the situation as quickly as possible, so they contacted American Waterworks to waterproof the basement.

When our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, entered the basement to provide them with a FREE estimate, he discovered that their old sump pump had failed and that had caused the wet basement. Chad developed a thorough waterproofing plan that was the most beneficial for the townhome association as well as the tenant living there.

Our production team installed our Iron Oaker drainage system and a SuperSump sump pump. The drainage system properly guides water to the sump pump and from there, the sump pump pushes the water through the discharge line and out of the townhome. The installation process took two days, but since our waterproofing system is guaranteed for a lifetime, the townhome association can rest easy knowing they chose the right long-term solution.

Kyle headed out to Jim's property and began a thorough inspection of the home to obtain a proper diagnosis of the home and prevent any other issues from arising. Kyle proposed to Jim that the best solution to the issues he is experiencing is to invest in our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Once the new sump basket is installed the TripleSafe Sump Pumps are then installed and ready to go. Once the job is done the production team then places a new layer of concrete around the TripleSafe to provide a cleaner and more finishing look. A homeowner in Delano, MN, noticed their sump pump was beginning to make odd sounds. Concerned by this noise, the homeowner knew they needed a professional to inspect the sump pump. After the details were finalized, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of one of our Design Specialists, Dylan. Once Dylan arrived, he began his evaluation of the sump pump and basement. Finally, the crew installed an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. The crew wrapped up production and cleaned up their job site. Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system. They removed a section of the concrete floor around the perimeter and created a drainage trench. The WaterGuard is then placed within the trench and filled back with rock to fill the gaps. This keeps the drainage system out of the “mud zone”, where drains can clog. Then, they installed a SuperSump sump pump system which is engineered to help keep the basement dry and healthy for extended periods of time, even in times of heavy water intrusion. The water now properly flows through the drainage system and is then discharged from the home through the sump pump. Bill is now enjoying a dry, healthier basement!
