A loyal client of American Waterworks contacted us for assistance in leveling off the concrete sidewalk leading up to the front porch of his home.  American Waterworks was able to lift and level the slabs with no trouble at all, using our patented PolyLEVEL concrete leveling solution.  For added protection and to prevent any further shifting, American Waterworks applied a joint sealant called Nexus Pro. 

Phillip W. in Red Wing, MN contacted American Waterworks after being referred by another contractor. He had water leaking into his basement through his foundation, and he was concerned about the health implications and damage it could cause. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Jeremy Radtke, to meet with him and propose a permanent solution for his home. Our Foreman, Cory Sather, and his production crew began the project by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement to make a trench for our WaterGuard drainage system. Then, they installed our recommended TripleSafe sump pump in the corner. They finished the project by filling back the gaps with rock, replacing the concrete, and cleaning up their work area. Phillip was pleased with the results and hasn’t had a drop of water in his basement since the installation! 

A home in Red Wing, MN did not have a sump pump or any water lines. They worked with American Waterworks to get drain tile and a sump pump installed. Our production team started the installation by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement floor and laying our WaterGuard drainage system. Then, they installed a TripleSafe sump pump, which is our most reliable sump pump, and replaced the concrete. Now, water that seeps into his basement is drained through the WaterGuard drainage system to the sump pump. From there, the water is pumped through the discharge line and expelled from the home. Don is glad he chose to invest in a long-term solution to protect his basement.

A homeowner in Harmony, MN, was cleaning their basement when they discovered a water stain along their basement footing. Alarmed by this discovery, the homeowner knew they needed a professional to inspect the extent of the damage. The homeowner knew their neighbor had similar work done, so they asked who completed their project. Their neighbor said American Waterworks and talked about the wonderful job we did. When Clay arrived at the home, he began inspecting the basement and the already-installed products. Following his in-depth analysis, Clay recommended fully waterproofing their basement to prevent further damage. The homeowner agreed and the plans were directed to the assigned crew. Our Foreman, Raul, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. Once they arrived, the crew started by installing the WaterGuard around the entire basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was installed, the crew replaced the old sump pump with the TripleSafe sump pump. Moving forward, Raul and the crew installed an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. Finally, the crew put the FoamMax on the exterior foundation walls. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
