Our Foreman and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. Inside the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which is an interior drainage system that prevents mud clogs and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our crew installed our ZenWall Insulated Panels around the entire basement wall perimeter, which gives the basement a finished look benefits your home by adding insulation and creating a heat-reflective vapor barrier on the walls. To complete the project, our crew filled the open gaps with river rock and applied a new layer of concrete over them.

Raul and his crew traveled to the home and started by installing four GeoLock Wall anchors along the south foundation wall. Once the GeoLock Wall Anchors were secured, the crew installed 7 CarbonArmor strips along the east and west walls. Once both products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the basement better than they arrived. The homeowner was given peace of mind knowing this basement was properly stabilized. Additionally, the crew attached an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
