Christine M. of Sauk Rapids, MN had cracked concrete and she wanted it sealed to prevent moisture from seeping underneath. She found American Waterworks on Facebook and saw that we provide FREE estimates, so she signed up for an appointment. Our Design Specialist, Ben, went to Christine's home, carefully inspected the concrete, and determined the plan of our NexusPro. Christine was confident in Ben's proposal, so she went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Tyler, and his team applied our NexusPro over the cracks to seal them shut and to give the concrete a nice, clean finish. Christine was happy with the work and had a great experience! 

A homeowner in Foley, MN did not like the appearance of the large rack on the corner of their sidewalk. Not wanting to replace the entire slab, the homeowner wanted to find a repair option. Not knowing where to begin, the homeowner began searching for 'concrete repair services near them'. One of the first companies to stick out to them was us, American Waterworks. Once the appointment was made, the homeowner waited for the arrival of Jesse, one of our Design Specialists. Jesse arrived at the home to begin the inspection and found that the concrete was sinking due to settlement. Once he found the cause, Jesse recommended that the sidewalk be lifted and leveled. Knowing this would be a cost-effective solution, the homeowner agreed with Jesse's recommendations. After receiving the stamp of approval, the plans were sent to our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew. Once they arrived, Dylon and the crew began by inserting the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, underneath the sinking concrete. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew could shift their focus to filling the large crack and replacing the joints throughout. To fill the crack and replace the joints, the crew used the NexusPro Joint Selant, a silicone-based sealant. After all the cracks and joints were filled, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowners were grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. A homeowner in Excelsior, MN, noticed a significant gap between their driveway and sidewalk. Concerned that this would become a serious tripping hazard, the homeowner began looking for a solution. Knowing this would not be a do-it-yourself fix, the homeowner looked for a professional concrete repair company. During their search, the homeowner came across one of our advertisements in a local shopper. Once the appointment was made, we sent a Design Specialist out to the home to perform the estimate. Following his assessment, the Design Specialist determined the sidewalk needed to be lifted to match the top row of the driveway. The Design Specialist recommended a solution that would solve the concrete concerns and the homeowner agreed. Once they received the plans, the crew made their way to the property and began the repair process. First, the crew inserted the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk and top row of the driveway. In addition to the PolyLevel, the crew utilized the NexusPro Sealant to fill several cracks and joints throughout the concrete. Once the cracks and joints were filled, the crew cleaned up their site and made their way to the next project. The homeowners were pleased with the excellent work completed by the crew. A homeowner from Excelsior, MN, had been watching his concrete driveway sink for some time. He decided he was ready to begin the process of restoration. He began to look for concrete leveling specialists in his area and eventually found American Waterworks. He claimed his FREE estimate, and several weeks later, our Design Specialist, Dave S, headed out to the home. When Dave arrived, he got right to work assessing the concrete in the front of the home, spending a large amount of time on the driveway and walkway up to the home. When he completed his inspection, he met with the homeowner to deliver his findings. Dave began by explaining that concrete can sink for a variety of reasons, but that he believed our PolyLevel lifting and leveling solution would bring about the desired results. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sunken concrete slabs. As the foam expands and hardens, it slowly lifts the concrete back to its desired position. He went on to say that once the concrete was leveled, he would recommend the use of our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks, specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up against harsh weather conditions.  Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry out.
