A homeowner from Rushford, MN, was growing frustrated with the concrete patio in front of his home. He used it for extra storage for outdoor materials, but getting those items in and out of the area was difficult because of a few areas of uneven concrete. One night, while watching the local news, the homeowner saw an American Waterworks ad for concrete lifting. He decided to give us a call and set up his FREE estimate. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Romeo, headed out of the property.
Once his inspection was complete, he met with the homeowners to give him his recommendations. He stated that we could fix the areas of sinking concrete by using our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected below concrete slabs. As this PolyLevel expands, it fills voids caused by soil erosion and slowly lifts the concrete slabs back to their original position. He then said that we finish our lifting and leveling process by installing our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to the joints and cracks in the concrete to prevent moisture from getting below the slab, causing further soil washout. The homeowner agreed and the work was scheduled for a few weeks later.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Jordan S, headed out to the property to complete the lift. Jordan ran into weather concerns, so the NexusPro had to be installed a few weeks later. Once the job had been completed, our homeowner was thrilled to know that he could use his outdoor space without hassle!

A homeowner in Elmwood, WI was tired of dealing with the large bump that had formed between the garage floor and the driveway apron. Every day when he drove in and out his car ran over the bump, and it had only gotten worse over time. He was curious about what it would take to replace or repair the concrete, so he went online to see what his options were. The American Waterworks website stood out to him because of our powerful PolyLevel foam that is able to lift up concrete back to its original height. He decided to sign up for one of our FREE no-obligation estimates to learn more from an expert. We sent over our Design Specialist, Mac Cole, to the home to inspect the concrete and talk with the homeowner about his expectations. Mac explained that PolyLevel was indeed a great solution for the homeowner's situation and that this method of concrete repairing was a lot less invasive and expensive than other methods. The homeowner was glad to hear this and scheduled a time for the installation. Our Foreman, Patrick Burnes, and his crew went to the site to install the PolyLevel and also our NexusPro joint sealant for a smooth finish. The homeowner was glad he had got in touch with us to carry out the concrete repairs.

A homeowner in Waukon, IA, got in touch with us when she had enough of a piece of sinking concrete just before her front stoop. Not wanting to have to worry about it any longer, the homeowner decided to call American Waterworks to advantage of our FREE estimate. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Michel R, headed out to the home.
After Michel finished his walkthrough, he informed the homeowner that we could fix the sinking piece of concrete by using our PolyLevel lifting solution. PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam, expands when it's injected beneath concrete slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the slab back into place. Michel finished by saying that all of our concrete installs are finished by installing our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to cracks and joints in the concrete, after a lift, to protect the soil below, in hopes of preventing further sinking. The homeowner agreed and work began a few weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Ryan T, and his team made quick work of the lift. When the job was complete, our customer was thrilled to know she no longer had to worry about trip hazards!

A homeowner in Waukon, IA, noticed that his walkway had become a trip hazard and was concerned for his family. The homeowner had previously gotten their basement waterproofed by us, and he remembered that we also did concrete work. The homeowner then contacted us and scheduled his FREE estimate.
In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Nate C., arrived at the home for the inspection. He looked over the homeowner's areas of concern, answered questions, and provided a solution. In the proposal, Nate recommended PolyLevel. Nate explained to the homeowner that our PolyLevel is our elite solution for sunken concrete slabs. It is made of an expanding foam solution that fills the voids in the soil, causing the concrete slab to lift. After looking over Nate's proposal, the homeowner happily agreed to the project.
In about a month, our Foreman, Jordan S., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew installs PolyLevel by first drilling small 3/8" holes into the concrete slabs. PolyLevel is then injected beneath the slab using an injection gun, filling in the empty spaces in the soil. Once the slab has been lifted to the desired level, the crew seals the holes with cement. After they were done with the installation, the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
Now, our customer can have peace of mind knowing his walkway is no longer a trip hazard! Are you experiencing something similar? Click HERE to schedule your FREE estimate today!
