We had a very challenging basement. It was a dirty and dusty job. The crew worked very hard and efficiently to get the basement ready. They covered everything up and vented a fan out the window. When they finished, the basement was as clean and wiped down. The insulation was sprayed around the foundation and the house was warmer almost immediately. Great service and an amazing crew!

The sales representative and service technicians were friendly and provided excellent service for a basement issue. They completed the project in a timely manner and did an excellent job of clean up after they finished the required installation. I would highly recommend them if you are having any foundation issues.

It took me a long time to figure out what to do with a damp 1896 basement with a small spot where water trickled in through the wall. I finally saw a television ad for DBS and its lifetime transferrable warranty. From the assessment and sales process through completion of the work I felt fully informed and am extremely satisfied with their professionalism and quality of the work done. My days of dragging wet towels to the washer and dryer are over - thank you!
