The damp and dirty underside of this home had been causing the homeowner plenty of problems. Most notably, buckling floors throughout their home caused by the moisture. This homeowner reached out to us after noticing his floors beginning to buckle, he took a quick look under the home itself and noticed there was some fungal growth on his floor joists. We sent one of our design specialists out to take a look at these issues, and they discovered a much deeper issue with moisture and mildew. With a complete lack of moisture protection, it is no shock that it had gotten this bad, but fortunately we came with a solution! Our encapsulation system was just what he needed, it would bring a combined variety of moisture-proofing products capable of acting as protection against all forms of water and moisture. Our CleanSpace Liner lines both the floors and walls of the crawl space to act as a barrier against water seepage and intrusion, which is also led towards our TripleSafe SumpPump. A crawl space dehumidifier is also installed in the space to constantly keep the humidity down to a safe percentage, creating an environment where mold and mildew cannot thrive. We're glad we were able to discover his issue and put an end to it before things got worse!
