These homeowners excitedly moved into their new home, but unfortunately had a few issues to overcome before they could focus on turning it into their dream home. One of these issues was a big one, their wet crawl space. Some areas were damp, some had standing water, it was a result of it going completely unprotected for its nearly 70 years of life.  When we sent one of our design specialists out to inspect the home, they discovered that the floors were beginning to buckle, and we doubt this is the first time either, there's no telling how many times the subfloors and floors have had to been replaced due to the trapped moisture below. In order to prevent this and the other side effects that moisture can bring, we installed our encapsulation system. You can see the large difference this makes visually in the before and after image, but it is also going to make a massive difference when it comes to the safety and protection of this home and its future.
