Living in Philadelphia, MS, our recent homeowner was no stranger to the challenges posed by lingering moisture beneath the house. After several frustrating years of replacing weakening floors, they realized a long-term solution was essential. Shortly after, one of our System Design Specialists visited their home for a comprehensive inspection. The underlying problem—a persistent flow of moisture threatening the structural integrity of their home—was quickly diagnosed. Our recommended course of action was clear: a combination of CleanSpace, TripleSafe Sump Pump, and Drainage Matting, tailored to permanently alleviate their worries. Once our production team, led by a seasoned foreman, began the installation, the true transformation took place. Step by step, the CleanSpace system's 20-mil liner was carefully set up to encapsulate the crawl space, offering superior protection against vapor intrusion. Complementing this, the TripleSafe Sump Pump was seamlessly integrated to ensure water was efficiently expelled away from the home, safeguarding the foundation even in the event of power outages. To further enhance the installation, CleanSpace Drainage Matting was laid beneath, channeling water flow with ease. The outcome was a remarkable improvement. Our design specialist was happy to discover that this crawl space was pretty tall compared to the low spaces we typically see. But the other main thing he noticed was the vapor barrier that had been under the home for quite a while. We do not know when it was installed, but it clearly did not stand the test of time. There were rips, completely pulled away exposes areas, and mud and plenty of other stains on top of the liner. This liner not doing its job meant that moisture was still having its effect on the crawl space. Fortunately, we came prepared with the needed replacement! Our CleanSpace Liner is much more durable, tightly secured to the walls, supports, and floors of the space, and work in tandem with several of our other fantastic moisture proofing products, such as our dehumidifier you can see in the image!

These are two images featuring a home in Carriere, Mississippi, that one of our crews installed a crawlspace encapsulation for. The most striking feature of an encapsulation is our Cleanspace Liner, which may appear similar to the everyday vapor barrier, but quality-wise, they can't be compared. These images should help you understand what you get with a standard vapor barrier installation, and a Cleanspace installation. The vapor barrier is not covering the entire crawlspace and can be easily pulled/torn away. The replacement, our Cleanspace Liner, covers not only the entire ground, but is installed up the supports as well, making sure moisture is blocked from all angles. It gives a cleaner look as well, anyone can feel safe crawling in this space now!

Repeat customers are the best! This homeowner had worked with us before so she called our company first when she needed work done on a different property. This home was struggling with cracks in the brick due to shifting. The crawlspace was holding moisture as well and possibly adding to the foundation issues. Corey Becker inspected the home and proposed a solution for both the moisture and foundation issues.

We installed the push piers around the portions of the house that were sinking and reduced the crack widths significantly. This stabilized the home and will keep it from shifting again. We also installed our waterproofing system in the crawlspace, keeping the moisture out for good. Both of these services add significant value and longevity to the home. 

The underside of this home in Slidell was completely exposed and had no form of moisture control, leading to a variety of issues for the homeowner, such as mold growth. In order to prevent further growth or damage to the floors, we brought the help of our great team and great solutions. As you can see in the second image, the crawl space has pretty much been transformed, there is not a single bit of ground left exposed, everything has been covered up with our durable CleanSpace Liner. Along with that, you can also see our crawl space dehumidification system, which will work to constantly keep the space at a safe humidity percentage. This means mold won't be able to thrive and things will stay nice and dry. Great job to our crew!
