These homeowners in Bolivar, MO were concerned because their basement walls were caving in. They feared that if they didn't solve this, their walls would collapse and cause very large problems in their near future. They had heard of our solutions, so they decided to give us a call for a discussion and inspection of their walls.

System Design Specialist Justice Haven arrived at these homeowner's home to inspect the basement walls which were failing to determine what solutions we could offer. Justice found that pressure from the back of the walls was causing the walls to cave inwards. After discussing with the homeowners that the problem has a solution and reassuring them that they caught the problem early enough, Justice called one of our installation teams. This installation team arrived and placed PowerBraces along the failing walls to stabilize the walls, as well as help to push the walls back to their original position over time with tightening.

This homeowner tried to lift her concrete deck with big box store jacks, but it sank more and cracked the step. She was frustrated with this, so when she looked for companies that could stabilize her step, she gave us a call first.

We sent System Design Specialist Tyler Bovee to inspect the current lifting jacks under the homeowner's deck to determine what we could do to properly support the deck. Tyler found that the concrete deck was too heavy for the store bought jacks, and that the weight of the deck is pushing the jacks down further. He discussed this with the homeowner, then called for a crew to get to work on supporting this deck. One of our crews came out and installed SmartJacks in order to bear the weight of the concrete deck, then they used NexusPro to seal and repair the crack in the step.

This homeowner's basement walls were experiencing severe wall failure. So much so, they felt hopeless. When we performed our inspection, we decided the best solution to fix this foundation would be wall support. But not just any wall support - this was a job for our EverBrace system. EverBrace uses steel panels and beams that work together to transfer the load of the failing wall to the new support panels. Now, the wall is 100% supported and the home is saved.

These homeowners recently moved into their new home. After being at the home for a couple of months, they noticed some cracks starting in the walls as well as the floor started sagging. They were concerned about maintaining the property value of their home, and they decided that it needed to be fixed. Nick found that the sagging floors were happening due to a support column sinking directly underneath the home; He also found that the problems were getting worse overtime because there was high humidity in the home's crawlspace which was weakening the support column. After discussing this with the homeowners, Nick reassured them that the floors could be fixed and that one of our installation teams could be there soon to help. When the homeowner's appointment time came around, our installation team came in with our SmartJack System which is used to stabilize and raise the floors up.
