This home is Woodlawn, IL was having issues with water leaking into their home.  After reaching out to Woods Basement, they efficiently had help on the way.  Our team installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, UltraSump Battery Backup Sump Pump System, and WaterGuard Drainage System to fix current leaks and prevent any future water from entering the home.  The WaterGuard Drainage System is installed adjacent to the home and provides a channel that connects to the drainage system.  The TripleSafe Sump Pump System is the drainage system that the water is directed to and is made up of three pump systems for triple the protection.  The UltraSump Battery Backup Sump Pump System was added on to the TripleSafe Sump Pump System for added protection in case of a power outage.  The homeowners were happy to finally have a fixed and dry basement!

Water was entering a basement in Blue Mound, IL, and the homeowner wanted a sump pump that could better eliminate the water. To solve this issue, the TripleSafe Sump Pump System was installed. To solve this issue, CleanSpace™ was used to encapsulate the crawlspace. This durable liner will keep the humidity, and other outside elements, out of the crawlspace. With this system in place, the owner can rest easy knowing their crawlspace is in great shape.

Design specialist Jacob K. assessed the situation and formulated the perfect solution. Foreman Juan H. then traveled to the home to install a CleanSpace wall system and a Waterguard drainage system. The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was installed above the footing of the basement. It collects any water that is coming up from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement. It then drains the water to the sump pump.
