James L. and his team installed SilverGlo. SilverGlo is insulation designed for the crawl space. It creates a vapor barrier, so it keeps moisture out and won't rot. SilverGlo keeps the cold air out  and reflects heat back into the crawl space for maximum energy savings.

As part of the solution, Foreman James L. installed SmartSump. SmartSump is a sump pump system designed for crawl spaces. It works with the Clean Space crawl space encapsulation system to ensure the crawl space stays dry.

Stopping all the leaks in this Fairfield, Illinois basement included the installation of our WaterGuard® drainage system and ThermalDry® wall covering for the block foundation so that the homeowner could finish the basement again...for the last time.
