Ted J. of Hettick, Illinois was troubled by his home's foundation. He noticed cracks in his basement walls and became concerned. System Design Specialist Brandon B. inspected the home and determined the walls were bowing. He designed a solution to stabilize the walls.

Foreman Brad P. and his team installed Geo-Lock Channel Wall Anchors. These anchors are driven into undisturbed soil and attached to the floor to provide strength and support. Because they are made of galvanized steel, they are resistant to rust and corrosion. 

Ted can rest easy now knowing his foundation will not collapse.

This retaining wall in Caseyville, IL was cracked and leaning in due to pressure from the soil. Geo-lock wall anchors were installed to help straighten the wall and prevent from further tipping.

In order to stabilize and support the walls, foreman Jeremy and his team installed several GeoLock wall supports. These work by attaching a heavy anchor buried deep in the firm soil far away from the foundation to a steel plate affixed to the interior surface of the basement wall, effectively pulling the wall outward and preventing further cracking. Foreman Jose L installed a Push Pier in Gerald’s basement. The Push Pier will be driven into a stable level of soil. The device will support the sinking portion and attempt to raise the level back towards its original position overtime.
