Lyda of St. Louis, Missouri had uneven concrete slabs in her driveway, so she called Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Barry C. recommended installing PolyLevel.
Foreman, Mason S. installed the product. PolyLevel is a polyurethane formula that works to permanently lift and stabilize sinking concrete. First, small, dime-sized holes are drilled into the concrete and then the polymer is injected into the void. After that, the holes are covered with cement and within 15 minutes of installation, the pavement can be used again.
Now Lyda R. has a safe, usable driveway.
Springfield, Illinois Karen had cracks throughout her homes sidewalks. She gave Woods Basement Systems a call and System Design Specialist Chris developed a plan for her.
Foreman Mason and his crew injected the PolyLevel under the concrete slabs. The eco-friendly expanding foam will raise the concrete without adding weight or washing out. It is also ready to walk on in just a couple hours. NexusPro is then used to close the gaps and cracks that are left behind.
Karen can now walk freely without worrying about tripping or unsightly cracks.
Jason G., a Chatham, IL resident, was concerned about his uneven concrete. Our system design specialist recommended the PolyLevel System. This system consists of a lightweight, polymer foam that is injected underneath the slab and raises it up. Our foreman Jose L. and his crew went to Jason’s home and installed this structural-grade waterproof system. Now Jason can enjoy his evened-out and clean-looking concrete.
Homeowners in Waterloo, IL had concrete that was unlevel and sinking on their front porch. Our team at Woods Basement Systems installed the PolyLevel System, which is a state-of-the-art approach to repairing concrete that is sinking. After drilling small holes into the concrete, a polymer foam is injected into the concrete slab to stabilize the surface. The homeowners were happy with their leveled concrete for years to come!
The images in this album document before and after concrete repair on this doorstep and surrounding concrete walkway. Following a detailed evaluation by the Woods Basement Systems team, a tailored repair solution was developed for this project. Our crew used a high-density foam injection beneath the concrete slabs to raise and support areas. After the slabs were brought back to the correct level, existing cracks were carefully repaired to create an even, secure surface. To finish the job, a long-lasting joint sealant was applied, helping block moisture and safeguard the concrete against future deterioration. The after picture in this example shows the finished look paired with concrete that is back to being level and safe for the homeowner.
