A concrete sidewalk was sinking in Arnold, MO, causing the slabs to become uneven and pose a tripping hazard. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. This is a unique approach to repairing sinking concrete. After drilling small holes into the concrete, a polymer foam is injected into the concrete slab to stabilize the surface. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slabs back up. This will improve the safety of the sidewalk for years to come!
A driveway in Arnold, Missouri, had some displacement and a large crack that needed to be addressed. First, Woods leveled the slabs using the PolyLevel System. This system consists of a highly durable foam that is injected directly underneath the slab. As this foam sets, it expands and lifts the slab back up into a proper position. With the slabs level, it was time to address the large crack down the center of the driveway. Woods fixed this issue using the NexusPro Sealant System. This sealant has a twenty year warranty and is impervious to the elements, water, and the sun. With these installs placed, this concrete is ready for full use once again.

Mirza Z. of Bridgeton, Missouri noticed that a few of the slabs on his home's back patio were starting to sink. He did not want to ignore this problem and let it get worse, so he called Woods Basement Systems for help.
Design specialist Jeremy R. took a look at the problem and decided that PolyLevel was the perfect fix. Foreman Juan H. then traveled to the home to get the job started. The PolyLevel, pictured above, is a lightweight foam that is inserted below the concrete through a penny-sized hole. It then expands and lifts the concrete back to its original position.
Mirza Z. is very happy that he no longer has to worry about the concrete slabs sinking. He now has a level patio.
A concrete driveway in Bridgeton, Missouri, needed some cracking and leveling issues addressed. Woods came out and first used the PolyLevel System to raise the slabs and get the whole driveway level again. This system consists of a highly durable foam that is injected directly beneath the concrete. As it sets, the foam lifts the concrete back up to its original position. Next, Woods directed their attention to the cracks and splits in the concrete using the NexusPro System. This system is a silicone-based sealant for cracks. It is specially engineered to stay flexible over time and stand up to harsh weather conditions. It has a very quick application and drying time and can last over 20 years. With these two installs in place, this driveway is sure to stay level and trip hazard-free for years to come!
