Customer, Gary of St. Louis, Missouri experienced cracks and sinking concrete slabs in his driveway. That can can be a tripping hazard and/or cause damage to vehicles. So, he decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Chris A., found that PolyLeveling would work for the job.

Foreman, Bryan N. installed the PolyLevel. It is a high density polyurethane formula that permanently lifts and stabilizes concrete slabs. First,  small, dime-sized holes are drilled into the concrete. Then, the polymer is injected and the hole are covered up with cement. The concrete can be used within 15 minutes, so there's no long wait for it to settle.

The real culprit behind any foundation or slab settlement problem is the underlying soil.  For example, a void had developed beneathe this concrete sidewalk and porch slab in St. Louis, Missouri.  This was likely due to a downspout that used to dump water right beside the porch.  Over time, the water pooling beside the porch slab and sidewalk eroded the soil and created a void beneath them.
