This letter is in regards to the restoration on our home.  I wanted to thank all that were involved in fixing our home from the leaks we suffered.  Everyone did a great job.  Thank you Lisa Dickson for all your help in getting the insurance straightened out.  We did have some communication problems with them and hopefully the insurance company learned a few things along the way.  I especially want to thank Clark who came and fixed the last go around we had.  Both Dev and I were having some medical issues and Clark was very compassionate to our needs.  He did a great job and was generally concerned for what we were going through.  He's a nice guy to have on your team and his work ethic was great. All of you that came to our home at this time were so nice.  I will recommend your company to anyone.  Again, thank you all, I can't name everyone, but you know who you are.  Thanks again to Clark who made out situation a little easier, and he did a fine job on our restoration.

This letter is to express the sincere gratitude Corey and I have for Dayspring Restoration.  You did a great job meeting our needs to complete our restoration project. Wayne and Justin were very hard working and personable while removing the water from our basement and setting up the fans and dehumidifiers. Ryan, the team leader was great to work with, he was professional and showed genuine concern regarding my family coming for a visit. He made sure that the majority of the project was completed before they arrived. Thank you Ryan! I just wanted to extend my sincere thanks for your recent efforts in remediating a backed up pipe at my house in Lolo, MT.  Your teams mobilized quickly, were professional and competent and, above all, were friendly and efficient.  My thanks go out to Alex, Tim and especially David who oversaw the cleanup effort.  Thanks to Dayspring and with David's help, my house is back to normal. We are writing you concerning Matt Durbin who is doing our restoration work.  Ever since we had the flood in our home things have been more chaotic than usual to say the least. You brought Matt out to meet us and to show him what work needed to be done.  It only took a couple of days for Jerry and I to realize that we had a real craftsman working here.  He is dependable and comes when he says he will and comes back again when he says he'll be back.  That is very unusual in his line of work and we're nothing short of amazed.  Through the years we have remodeled and built and remodeled the remodeling etc. In other words, we have a wealth of experience when it comes to these building projects.  Truly, we are in awe of Matt's carpentry and painting skills.  He is a real professional!To date, your service has been just wonderful and we thank you for making this very stressful situation so much easier for us to live through.

This was our first experience with a "home disaster", however your team did a great job. They answered the phone quickly on the weekend, arrived at the house as soon as they were finished with a previous job, and worked quickly to minimize the water damage. Thank you very much!

Kim and Brad were extremely helpful and professional, their customer service training was very noticeable and appreciated.  I appreciate the cleaning up of the work area both inside and outside, many contractors forget that clean up and paperwork are also part of the project.  Leaving all the papaer work, in one packet, attached to the installation information also shows professionalism, customer service and attention to detail.
