This homeowner had been struggling for many years with her basement walls. They started to fall apart and she was worried that she would need to replace the entire foundation. After a while, her church stepped in and decided they would help her finance getting her walls professionally fixed, so they gave us a call.

We sent System Design Specialist Neil Kwiatkowski to inspect the walls and come up with a solution that would stabilize the homeowner's failing walls. Neil found that the shelf walls that had been holding up the foundation were being supported by 4 sheets of ply wood, and that many of them had already crumbled. Our team knew just what to do and they got to work installing the EverBrace System. This system works to stabilizes a foundation wall.

A homeowner in Omaha NE had just installed new gutters on his home, but they didn't have covers installed on them. This customer lives in a neighborhood with many trees around his home. After talking to his neighbor who had Thrasher help him, this homeowner decided it was a good idea to have us come out and help protect his home and new gutters. 

After the inspection of the home, the crew determined that our RainDrop gutter guard system would be the best fit for this customer. James S. takes great pride in his home and became concerned when he noticed a crack on the side of his foundation. At one point the crawl space flooded due to a broken pipe and wanted to make sure his foundation was stable. After hearing good things about Thrasher, he decided to give us a call.

System Design Specialist Corey Little went out to James’s home. There was settlement on the corner of the home that had caused the crack that James saw. We used helical piers to stabilize the corner of the home to prevent further damage and settlement. James also wanted to make sure that his crawl space was okay and could be used as storage. So we encapsulated the space with CleanSpace, drainage matting and put SilverGlo up on the walls to insulate for energy efficiency. A smart drain was also installed to alert him if water ever entered the space again and to keep humidity down, we also put in a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.

Longtime homeowner Mary Kay G. was having problems with water coming down one of her walls. After having another contractor come to fix the water intrusion with no luck, Mary decided to give us a call.

Service Technician Marlon Marroquin and crew installed WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement, effectively keeping water out. Then encapsulated the space with CleanSpace so that water would no longer come through the walls. Mary was happy that the water would no longer be a problem.

Kristina W. purchased her family home and is going to restore it. Before starting with the renovations, one of the foundation walls had collapsed. Needing a long-term solution that would last she decided to call Thrasher.

System Design Specialist Warren Peters went out to the home.  He was able to identify that one of the walls had completely collapsed and the other walls were showing signs of failure as well. We used a combination of PowerBraces with ShotLock to stabilize the walls. Kristina was super excited to know the foundation walls were completely stabilized and excited to continue on with the project.
