Cruz and Mary are homeowners in Battlefield, MO, and had high humidity levels developing over the last few years. To encapsulate their crawl space, our crews used our CleanSpace waterproof barrier throughout the space, drainage matting, blocking vents, and added a new entrance to the space for convenience and maximum efficiency.

When water soaks into the concrete walls of your basement, the soil around your house expands and pushes against your foundation. This can cause cracks, leaks, and even foundation problems.

We install our CleanSpace vapor barrier, which is mechanically attached to your basement walls and protects them from water damage. For walls that have already moved inward, we use our PowerBrace system to stabilize and straighten them over time.

Doug was a little skeptical, but once we sent System Design Specialist, Kevin French, to their home to look at the basement and then explained exactly how we do things and why we do it, his mind was at ease. 

Kevin found a small portion of a wall in the cellar of their basement leaking badly. After developing a plan, he sent the install team out to work their magic. We ended up installing WaterGuard on the wall that was leaking. WaterGuard is a drainage system designed to capture water seepage through walls. It's nearly invisible and essentially makes sure that water never reaches your basement floor. In addition, we ran a lateral line from the WaterGuard to the sump pump for proper drainage. 

Cheri and Doug now have a water-free basement! They were so happy they chose Thrasher Foundation Repair to give them an in-depth inspection and solve their problem at the same time.

This basement was experiencing extreme wall failure. We stabilized and permanently supported these walls by installing our EverBrace system. This system uses steel panels and beams to transfer the weight of the failing wall onto the new steel wall. Even though it looks pretty cool on its own, you can cover the steel wall with drywall to fit your design style.

In Springfield, MO, this couple was experiencing large amounts of moisture on their interior walls and becoming concerned it would lead to deterioration and mold growth. Seeking a permanent solution, they gave us at Thrasher a call for a full inspection and industry-leading solution.
