Does your crawl space have a dirt floor? That could be a problem! This lets outside air in and can lead to various health issues. In this project, we installed CleanSpace in this home's crawlspace. CleanSpace is a waterproof plastic vapor barrier that is designed for unfinished basement walls. And it has a 25-year warranty!

The homeowner called Thrasher to fix their sinking steps before the problem got worse and more expensive to fix the longer it went on. Instead of using outdated Mudjacking, Thrasher used a better method called PolyLevel. Mudjacking can make the problem worse over time and is messy, with slurry coming out of holes and cracks. It also takes a long time to dry. On the other hand, PolyLevel is a modern solution. It uses lightweight polymers to lift and stabilize the concrete. It's clean and fast, and it doesn't put extra weight or pressure on weak soils. This method is great for driveways, sidewalks, patios, and pool decks.

This customer was sick and tired of water in her basement and wanted to put an end to it. To fix, we installed our interior drainage system and sump pump. The interior drainage system collects the water that seeps through the walls and channels it to the sump pump. The sump pump then pumps the excess water out and way from the home. We also installed a dehumidifier to help control the humidity and get rid of the musty smell.

This is a transformation! CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed to prevent moisture and humidity in the home. 

This homeowner wanted to have a dry basement because it was getting harder and harder for him to keep mopping up all of the water. He wanted this problem solved by experts in basement waterproofing, so he gave us a call. We sent System Design Specialist Luke Miller to inspect the basement and determine what was causing water to get into the basement as well as design a comprehensive solution to keep water out. Luke found that the floor/wall join around the perimeter of the basement was leaking water onto the floor as well as through some cracks in the floor itself. Upon seeing this, he knew that full perimeter solution was needed as well as a lateral line to capture water that was seeping in through the floor cracks, so he called for an installation team as per the homeowner's request. One of our installation teams utilized a full perimeter WaterGuard Interior Drainage System as well as a partial height CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. After that, they  installed a lateral line to capture water that was coming through the middle of the floor before it could get into the basement. They topped it off by installing a TripleSafe Sump Pump System to push all of this water up and away from the basement. The homeowner was very pleased with the end result and he thought that his installation looked very clean. Check out the new waterproofing systems this homeowner has!
