Thrasher was referred to me several years ago when I needed a sump pump.  The company has a good reputation and I have never had any complaints regarding their work, so I stuck with them.  Thrasher and their team provided quality workmanship, pleasant employees, minimal disruption, excellent explanation of work to be done and why, dependability, and they left the place clean!

We are very happy we did not have to replace the stairs! 

The crew was amazing. They did a great job of communicating as well as getting a great looking project completed. The crew cleaned up and left the house looking amazing. The best part is since we've gotten numerous other storms since the project was completed, we haven't had any issues with water again.

Arrived on time for appointment to perform the service.  They made sure to go over each area of repair with me to ensure I was satisfied with the results.  The guys on site were very pleasant and professional. They showed up when they were supposed to, they did the work I expected and went out of their way to be sure I was pleased with the completed job.

I find it necessary to report on the gentleman that helped me through a very troubling time with my home.  Mr. Tom Bilyeu came with patience and assurance that it could be repaired, he was super and real comfort to "my troubled mind." The work was completed by Fausto and another gentleman who's name escapes me.  They were a complete team and were also very thorough in their detail, complete gentlemen.  This is not my first time using Thrasher for my home, and each time I become more thankful to have such a great company to come to my rescue. The neighbors were so impressed with the way the yard was put back together, you could never tell anything had happened by days end.  i will be a "walking advertisment" for this company, and the employees that I have had contact with. Keep up the good work!!!

Thrasher called before they headed our way and arrived when they said they would.  I only spoke to one of the three men that did the work, but he was very nice.  Our Halloween and Thanksgiving pumpkins got left out under a tree for our boys to watch the squirrels eat them.  This year the squirrels didn't finish them off and I noticed your man picked up a couple of the chunks and throw them away, that was very nice, made me smile.  Thank you!  When the job was done, he stepped inside while my husband wrote the check and talked to our dog, Suh.  She liked him too.  He took the time to explain that we couldn't drive or walk on it until our finger didn't make a lasting impression. 

The team was very professional, fast and courteous.
