We decided on Thrasher because we couldn’t find a solution to fix our basement and wanted a guaranteed fix for it.  When Thrasher came, they were tidy and everything looked good when the job was done.

I selected Thrasher because I needed a sump pump and downspout drainage on my side yard.  I appreciated Kyle taking the time to educate me about sump pump problems and solutions.  No other company that bid for this project did that.  Because Thrasher had the best design and addressed all my concerns, I chose Thrasher.  Mr. Lopez and his crew did a very nice job and they were careful not to hit any sprinkler or utility lines.  Thank you all!

Kevin performed the scheduled sump pump maintenance check last week and we are grateful for his attention. He inspected the four walls of our poured basement and noticed the east wall was "leaning" at the top. He told us about the potential for future problems and we were able to schedule the anchor installation this week that prevents any future movement.Kevin was knowledgeable, professional, warm and friendly. He explained the problem to us so that we clearly understood the process and the costs. My husband and I were impressed by his professionalism and his diligence with the inspection of our basement. I did quite a bit of research prior to my initial contact with Thrasher. The Triple Safe was without a doubt, the best on the market! We have had ours for apx. 3 years now, Thrasher has been servicing it annually. We recently purchased the Sani Dry system in addition to having some concrete work performed.
