Super excited to finally have a permanent fix to an issue we''ve been worried about and dealing with for 10 years on and off. It's an affordable fix for the peace of mind that it brings to us. 

Mike Spencer(design specialist) did a great job diagnosing the problem and did not pressure us. We came up with a workable agreement.  I was not in house when the work was done, however, there was no dust or dirt left behind.  My husband stated that they did a wonderful job of hanging cloths, floor mats etc. to prevent and dust or dirt problems.I was pleasantly surprized and would not have known the crew was even there if I hadn't seen the results.  Thanks to the great employees who did the job.

I had confidence in Salvadore's expertise during the installation.  I requested a follow-up to ensure the drain tile and sump pump were functioning properly a week after the installation.  Jason Carlin came for a 5 o'clock appt and took the time to explain and answer all my questions.  It was hot and he didn't try to hurry the meeting and really expressed true interest in making us a satisfied client. He recommended a dehumidifier from Thasher and checked humidity qualities in the basement to reglect his suggestion.  This is something I will definitely be considering in the future.  He also stressed the importance of yearly maintenance with Thrasher to protect our investment.
